She is a fully Licensed Estate Agent with high-level qualifications in business management and an extensive amount of knowledge with the Legislation and VCAT. She is also the recipient of two prestigious industry awards: Customer Service of the Year in Property Management and the Maintenance Co-ordination Award for Excellence. Having worked in the real-estate industry as her very first career path, Chloe always knew she was passionate about Property Management, having her family invest in property from  a young age and having invested herself Chloe has had a quick understanding of how important it is to have a stress free management. Chloe strives to provide a positive experience for all her clients. She is honest, reliable, and dedicated to her role she always will strive to go above and beyond. These qualities along with her strong communication and organization skills assist her in providing exceptional service and support. Chloe finds the variety that comes from working in rentals is most stimulating - that, and the satisfaction she gets from delivering exemplary customer service time and time again. You can be confident Chloe is looking out for your best interests, Chloe’s passion has risen her from reception  to property management roles to now becoming a director alongside her sister and opening her own real-estate business.

After 30 years working in corporate administration roles, Michelle applies her exceptional business & management skills supporting the teams at C&C Property group. Michelle is a highly organized and efficient administration coordinator at our company. With a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving, she plays a crucial role in ensuring that the office operations run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. Michelle is known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and dedication to her role. She excels at managing various administrative tasks, such as coordinating schedules, and handling correspondence & day to day property management tasks. Michelle is always willing to lend a helping hand and provide support to her colleagues whenever needed. Her strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks make her an invaluable asset to our team. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time outdoors, renovating, and exploring new hobbies. Briony is a dedicated and friendly receptionist at our company. With a warm and welcoming demeanor, she is often the first point of contact for clients and visitors. Briony is known for her exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.She is always willing to go above and beyond to assist others and ensure that the office runs smoothly. Whether it's answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, or handling administrative tasks, Briony does it all with professionalism and a positive attitude.In her free time, Briony enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new places, and trying out new restaurants. She is a valuable member of our team, and we are grateful to have her as part of our Team.

 Darren has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 10 years he brings an enormous amount of skill and knowledge to his  role as a Inspection Specialist at C&C Propery Group.  Specialising in residential property management , Darren manages our clients with the utmost professionalism, efficiency and attention to  detail. His prompt response to all requests along with his affable nature ensures  he establishes excellent relationships with both her Rental Providers and  Renters. Darren understands the importance of inspecting your most prime asset. Darren enjoys playing golf, travelling & spending his time on his farm.
